About Karen Brookman
Karen is an entrepreneur and executive business leader with a proven track record for building successful services organizations. She is well-recognized for her ability to develop business strategy, cultivate strong leadership teams and bring innovative technology offerings to market.
She is currently the President and CEO of West Canadian Digital Imaging, a Calgary-based company that helps businesses across Canada tell their stories, transform their businesses, and cultivate the change that matters.
Before joining West Canadian, Karen was the President and co-founder of Commonwealth Legal, based in Toronto. Under her leadership, the company grew from a regional Toronto-based imaging company to an industry-leading, multi-million-dollar, national eDiscovery company.
Karen is also an Advisory Board Member of Women of Influence, a national organization that supports and connects women across Canada to advance an inclusive narrative of women in business, politics, community advocacy and more.
Karen is also a current Advisory Board Member of Innov-8, an organization that merges data expertise and legal experience to re-imagine how data is collected, analyzed, and used in our age of information and digital platforms.
